Any suggestions are welcome!
Would it also be ok to wear jeans if they’re brandnew and of very good quality?

My boyfriend is taking me to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse tonight and I can’t decide what to wear, so I looked at their page on CitySearch and its says the attire is "business casual." What do I wear for that? Are nice jeans, heels, and a cute/dressy top acceptable or would nice jeans still be too casual? Please help!

I don’t want to look too old, or like I’m trying to look younger. I don’t want to wear suits, but I can’t wear jeans either. Please help!
I can’t wear jeans at all…and I don’t want a suit of any kind.

I’m interviewing for a summer office-job and I’m supposed to wear "office" clothes. But I don’t know what to wear. I was told that button-up shirts and skirts are appropriate, but I can’t wear them together. Could I wear a button-up with jeans? Or a t-shirt with a skirt?
What do you wear to work?

I’m going to an international journalism conference in late July with my journalism teacher and a few fellow students. In the email she sent us, we were told to dress "business casual." I have no idea what that means. The only thing that was specified was that jeans and t-shirts aren’t allowed.

Can I wear shorts? What about capris? I have nice tops that I can pair with just about anything, but what kind of shoes do I need? Can I wear skirts? And can I wear some of the summery dresses I have?
