So I own a small beauty salon in a decent neighbor hood (i.e no gangs etc). Business has been slow for a while now. Are there any strategies on how to lure in guests the right/most effective way.

Say you’re doing business in a beauty salon just like any other day and someone comes in yelling and cursing and you tell them to leave but they are ignoring you and still keep yelling. They arent being physical with anyone or anything, they don’t have anything that remotely looks like a weapon and are not drunk or on drugs. Do you have the right to physically remove that person from the premises?

My mother was interested in a Beauty Salon that is currently being listed at 5,000 Dollars. From what we heard the owner makes a "net profit" of 90,000 dollars excluding cash. The owner has about 8 booths that she rents out at about 250 dollars each.

Should my mother consider this deal,?
This is the deal., my mothers has owned a very successful Beauty Salon for 13 years. She has already sold it. After already having experience in the bussiness. She doesent think it is a good deal because, the purchase price is not even close to what the owner is selling the Beauty Salon for.
owner is also a sylist

ok the problem is that my parents have owned a particular beauty salon for over 13 years. their was a time when my parents would make alor of profits from it. But then they started increasing their employees salaries until they realized that they didint have enough money to pay the bills. Now they are thinking about selling the salon because, their are too many employees (which arent needed) and the employees that work their are making too much because of the increased salaries thought the years. One problem is that they are afraid of firing the employees they don’t need. What is the right thing to do in this situation?
the emplyees are sucking out most of the money. Their are 16 emplyees when only 12 are needed, but I they are afraiof getting rid of the employees that they need too get rid of.

One problem is that they are afraid of firing the employees they don’t need, due to the fact that they are extremely hard to deal with. What is the right thing to do in this situation?
