Help, Im at the very beginning stage of starting my business, how do I get my name registered and going?

Beauty Business
I am starting a in-home hair care business where I am the only employee. I have my business name ready. I know that I need a business license, and a ficticious name to be filed. Do I need to speak to a bank first to register the name and to do "tax stuff" and to put that name on a bank account? ahh rambling.

Basically you create a company with the business name you’ve picked out. Only a tax professional can tell you the best way to incorporate yourself (LLC, Corporation, sole proprietorship…). You can file a fictitious name or a DBA (doing business as) through the same place you become incorporated.
I’ll make this much easier on you:
Go to a site like legalzoom.com and have them file all the paperwork for you. The prices are competitive with having a tax pro or a lawyer do it for you and they make it really easy.
The cheapest way to do it is to do it yourself by doing the research and visiting the right offices.
The best way to do it would probably to hire a tax pro or lawyer to do it for you but that will also be the most expensive and probably overkill.
A top-notch legal website like legalzoom is likely your best option.

Ok
First depending on what kind of business you want it to be, example sole proprietorship, partnership, Limited Liability, or Incorporated.
You can go down to the county clerk’s office and register your company. They will give you a worksheet to fill and i think the fee is 16-25 dollars depending on your state. Once you do this, you can ask them for information for small business offices in your area. This office might help you with licensing.
The paper work you attain after you do register are the once you need to open a bank account.
You have to call The IRS directly to get the EIN number for your company tax purposes.
Ps: If you do decide to register your company as a A corporation then you need to determine if it should be a C-Corp or A-S corp. (This is a whole other explanation).
Hope i helped a little.
Good Luck with the Business.
